The draft has been moved to 10:00 on a Sat. Night? Is that really the best night and time to do this? What, is everyone else in this league married?  ;D

The only problem I have with it is,it's before easter Sunday,and might have the relative thing at 8 am...

We need to get at least one more...and preferably three more people signed up.

I'll be glad to move the draft back to a better date for y'all, but so far no one has actually suggested any other date.

I have moved the draft back to Monday 3/24 at 8 PM EDT. This is the last day before the regular season starts. Please let me know if this date hurts anyone...

That's to keep people like myself from streaming SPs like a banshee... I was one of the only people who was abusing the rule, so I figured I'd be the only person affected by it. Since I like to swap out at least 1-2 bench players per week (always searching for FA talent), I probably won't stream pitchers at all this year.

What do you people think about a max. number of moves for the entire season? My other league max. is 60.

^ I hate that Idea.....I don't want to think..well do I really want to pick this guy up?..I've only got 20 moves left....

I was too busy streaming myself to pay attention at that point... ;)

I'm not a big fan of season trasactional limits, though a weekly limit gives ya almost the same thing. I agree with Lil_B though...if you go through a major rash of injuries, you could burn through a big chunk of that transaction limit trying to find healthy replacements. I like knowing that, if I need them, I can make some more waiver moves next week.

LOL oh no you wern't. I was in the running to unseat you for the most transactions last season beacuse I too was abusing this lovely little loophole. In fact I think this is the main reason you beat me for the crown a few seasons back which is why I decided to start using this feature myself. As much as I enjoyed using it I think it is a fair move for the integrity of the league!!!!! :)

I've looked at my squad a half dozen times or so since the draft, and still not sure how I stockpiled that much talent on one roster. I'm looking forward to locking up one of the first round playoff byes around the middle of July. ;)

I'd like to thank G.Soto for Going 0-5 with 5k's tonight....For killing my OBP,and AVG and putting my 5 ks over stroke..to tie us up....with tommorrow to go....thank you have a great night....a second Nod to K.Johnson for going 0-3 with 3k's also....

Soto has 8 K's in his last two games...and the Freakfest appreciates the cool breeze generated by that many whiffs. ;)

We had a solid weekend to close it out, always good to get a win against a tough opponent. Looks like we'll flip-flop, you came in this week 1.5 up on me and leave 1.5 behind. I think we'll still have a pretty big logjam in the standings...viva la parity! Probably take another few weeks before things start spreading out a little bit.

The Freakfest has some pitching issues to get straightened out, but I think our bats can match up with anyone. alk3hol has some good bats as well, and he's up next...

Umm Giovanni Soto,has made up for those strike outs ...with 2 - 3 run homeruns versus those damn Brewers...My apologies for doubting you....Mr Soto...I'm still getting my ass kicked..but that's ok....

Geovany is kicking my butt in another league tonight...I find myself yearning for the days of Soto whiffing 3-4 times per game. ;)

Well thankfully this fantasy week is almost over,Fau has handed my ass for dinner every night this week...Throughly taking me to the woodshed...You figure I'd get more than 2 wins with my starting pitchers...It was a very sad week to be a redneck with bats.....

Hopefully Theriot,and Soto can come up with a double each.possibily and extra double to give me a measely 5 points this week....

I get a lot of enjoyment from naming my fantasy squads, which is why I appreciate the names that others come up with as well. My two favorite team names this year are tributes to players I liked from 10-20 years ago... "The Rancid Mulliniks" and "Jim Abbott's Righthand Man."
