I always wanted to be in the Outsiders as that's kind of how I grew up. I guess I'm a little old to be hanging with Darry, Dallas, Ponyboy and Soda Pop these days. Hinton wrote, from the Outsiders, to Rumblefish, to That was then, This is now... As a young wanna-be poet, I identified really well with Ponyboy Curtis...
