Title: Touchdown passes thrown by non quarterbacks Post by: dolphins4life on September 08, 2008, 01:23:19 pm Who is the active leader besides LT?
I know Brad Maynard has 2 Adam V has 1 Longwell threw one. Interesting fact: In SB XLI, the highest rated passer (career) on each team was the punter (Bears) or the kicker (Colts). In HS, I never got to throw a pass on a fake field goal. I always felt cheated Title: Re: Touchdown passes thrown by non quarterbacks Post by: SportsChick on September 08, 2008, 01:52:23 pm Doesn't Randel el have a few?
Title: Re: Touchdown passes thrown by non quarterbacks Post by: fyo on September 08, 2008, 05:20:07 pm Antwaan Randle El has 3, according to his stats on NFL.com. A couple from his Steelers days and one after his switch to DC (or Maryland, if you want to be pedantic).
I was going to add Kurt Kittner to the list, but he only had 2. (And he was officially a quarterback, although anyone who watched him play could attest that he clearly WASN'T). Still looking to see if any one has more than LT. Adrian Peterson (of the Bears, not the Vikings) threw one last season. Brian Westbrook threw one in 2002. Broncos RB Gene Mingo threw two in the same game in 1961 Title: Re: Touchdown passes thrown by non quarterbacks Post by: fyo on September 09, 2008, 07:32:40 pm Tomlinson has 7 touchdown passes. I cannot imagine any ACTIVE player has reached that.
