To all Central Florida TDMMCers:

The great Doctor D has once again provided his lovely home for another Dolphin game get together.  This one will be against the Bills in Toronto Dec 7.  The game starts at 4, so those who are going to church or have stuff going on early can still attend.  Hopefully we can get CF, Bingebag, and USO to come.

Defense5499 will be in town for police training, so I'm sure the Central FL gang would love to meet him.  As usual, I'll have some coldies on ice and I'll be grilling meat.  Expect Sciotto to be spouting off scores of every Dolphins game since the AFL-NFL merger. 

No, it's every regular season/post season Fin game since the '73 AFC Divisional Playoff win over Cincinnati, 34-16 through last week's 17-15 win over Oakland.

Sorry but I will be in Melbourne on that day.

Have fun down under.  Talk lots of pictures of the kanagroos.

Buddahgirl doesn't live in Central Florida.  Here are the ones that do:

Doctor D56, Sciotto, CF Dolfan, Phishfan, USO Orlando, Bingebag, Jobless Jay Fiedler, Tenshot13, Dolfan619, and myself. 

Oh, I forgot to add to the fact that it's Doctor D's birthday that week. 

I am taking a guess that you will need to reschedule this event. CBS only has one game to show on that date and the Jags are away at Chicago. I don't think we have a choice to get anything other than the Jags if they are away and CBS is only showing one game that day. If I remember correctly Doc is on cable so he won't be getting the game.

We need to find a local watering hole then with the game. Help me out guys.........this is your town.  ??? :'(

OK, we're going to have to move this to a local sports pub in order to hang out.  Considering the majority of us live in North Orange County or Seminole County, I suggest either the Altamonte Springs Ale House or Gators Dockside in Lake Mary.  Any ideas?

Either is fine with me. I assume you have a way to contact Defense while he is in Orlando?

I'm looking forward to this; just sorry I can't host the party at my house because the game won't be televised locally.

I'll try to avoid being charged with arson this time, as well.

He'll be with me the entire time pretty much.

OK.  Seeing as how Defense and I enjoyed the Lake Buena Vista Ale House last night, talking football and all, I say let's do the Altamonte Ale House.  We can be as loud as we want in there. 

Pleasure sharing 30 wings and 3 pitchers with ya buddy !My vote is for the Lake Buena Vista again ( its about a mile from my hotel ) ...............but I'll go where ever ya'll choose, its your Town! 

The reason I'm saying Altamonte is because most of the Central Florida TDMMC members live in northern Orange County or Seminole County, so that is a pretty central location.  I will come and get you though, like I did last night.

It's not really a blackout. The local network just isn't carrying it. It will still be on The Ticket.

So apparently USO is in.  Doctor D is in, Phishfan is in.  CF is out.  Still waiting to hear from Bingebag. 

OK guys, I'm going to make calls today.  Let's try to get there around 3:30 because the game starts at 4, and I want to be able to grab a table near a big TV. 

 I'm sorry I couldn't be there to rattle off scores, folks, but my wife's car is in the shop, she needed wheels, and my daughter had to be piucked up from a school field trip. She needed my wheels. I was stranded! Fortunately I have a close friend with a dish. I saw the game. A huge win!

  We'll get together at Doc's before it's over, Tommy! We're 8-5 and on a roll! We could run the table, and even Jim Mora Senior would say, "PLAYOFFS?!?"

Dolphins destroyed the Colts in Dec 2001.  41-6 was the score, I believe. 

Tommy kept asking me if I had a Camera but I had left it at home seeing this was more of a buiness trip then pleasure................

I had a great time even though I couldn't drink.  It was really cool to put a face to Phishfan , Doc , and Tommy.  Cool people I'm really glad I had the chance to meet.  :)

Tommy definitely made his presence known during the Dolphins game........ ;D We gotta GO to a game bro.

Tommy's presence is always known. That wasn't even one of his more vocal days either.

Not more vocal??  When Bell made that stop in the 4th quarter, Doctor D and Defense were telling me to calm down or they would have me Baker Acted.

That's the difference between Gators Dockside and the Ale House.

And I avoided setting anything on fire this year, which is a big improvement.

Jeez............^^^  Managers and fires!?  Looks like you guys step up your game at the next one  ;D.

Maybe we can try to put together a game for everyone to attend next season? Maybe we can get a 10-16  seat package depending on who wants to go or something .We can all meet in the parking lot somewhere around 10:00. What do you think?

You should've seen me at the Buffalo game back in 2005.  I was calling their fans every vile name under the sun at the end of that game as they scurried outta there with their heads down.  They couldn't wait to leave.  Afterwards, in the parking lot, Frimp witnessed this confrontation between me and a Bills fan walking by:

I see the guy in the Bills jersey and give him the ol' "Choke Sign" Reggie Miller style. 

Bills Fan:  "Hey, just remember one thing.  Come January, your team will be in the same place as mine.... on the couch."

Me:  "Yeah, but I won't have to live with the memory of today, sucker!!"
