Has it ever hapened before? One QB winning a Super Bowl with 2 different teams?

Only if you consider the oakland raiders and la raiders two different teams -- in which case Jim Plunkett. ::)

As of right now (this will probably change soon)  one one QB has started with two different teams in the SB -- Craig Morton.  He was on the losing end of both games.
