At least, that's what SportsCenter said this morning. :) We'll see what happens. He has already entered a guilty plea. Maybe it was in exchange for him not being deported. I.N.S. doesn't really give a crap about what happens in the legal system and aren't bound by agreements. While I don't expect him to be deported it wouldn't shock me if he is.

According to the NY Daily News, there is a possibility that he COULD get deported, but for a misdemeanor crime, even at the federal level, he probably will not. By law, the I.N.S. is required to review his case. He probably won't go to jail.
