I think this will be overturned, considering that FSU didn't know these guys were cheating, and once they did, they kept them out of competition.

No, because TK Wetherell (the University President, not the coach) knows how to handle situations like this. The reason the NCAA came down so hard is because they're pissed about the whole Native American names situation that happened three years ago. TK Wetherell beat them up really bad in a court of public opinion on that one.
