Wilson likes to hire cheap coaches. Gailey works cheap. Fans here want an offensive minded coach, he gave them a coach whose coaching mind is simply offensive. Fans wanted a coach with previous head coaching experience. Gailey was a stand-in for a couple years in College and if memory serves briefly in Dallas until they found other coaches who don't suck.
