Well my beloved Huskers should be beating the crap out of WKU in a little while.

It was hard watching my Gators not be able to snap a ball to the QB.  That's gotta be fixed soon.  I can't tell if the offense sucks or not, though, because the center kept on screwing up the snaps.

I'm sure they're going to go through a lot of growing pains considering how much talent they lost to the NFL.

I went to FAU, but they're a small school.  Of the major institutions, I like Florida, but am not hardcore, direhard about it.  I watched them today.  It's too early to tell if that's just rust or if it's a real concern.  I imagine they'll be fine.

Florida won't be fine when my Bulls come to their house next week and fry up some Gator tail!  USF!  USF!  USF!

and for the non believers, remember what we did to FSU last year.  UF is going down!

'Canes fan here.  Happy about their performance against FAMU, and eagerly awaiting the game against Ohio State.  I'm happy to report my crystal ball sees Miami pulling out the win.  In convincing fashion.

I love all football. NFL, college, HS...all of it.

I think I advertise my college allegiance pretty well. We won 31-0 this weekend and the new QB looked pretty good to me.

What happened?

B.J. Daniels decided to throw a ton of picks.  We were looking dominant the first half.  That's what happens when your number 1 WR is out for the year and your number 2 gets hurt at the beginning of the game.  Oh well, I'll take my lumps.

I was at this game and the heat was insane. People were passing out everywhere. USF was in control for the first quarter until Daniels imploded. His pick to Trattou was inexcusable. The gators were on him and he kept retreating and threw the ball up for grabs. USF have to reign daniels in some. The guy is a big time athlete. It's almost impossible to stop him on that option play, but when the play isn't their he needs to make smarter decisions. I was impressed with the USF fanbase. They were into the game very vocal.

As for the gators. It was good to see that running game get started. Demps is the home run hitter, but Mike gillisle make be the gators best pure RB. They defense tightened things up after the first drive, containing daniels is hard. Ahmad Black and Janoris Jenkins maybe the best safety/ corner combo in college football. Jenkins will be all SEC at the end of the season along with Patrick Petersen of LSU. In fact in Gainesville his side of the field is called "Jenkins Island"
