Post by: jtex316 on October 27, 2010, 12:20:34 pm The 1-6 49ers have officially thrown in the towel by assigning 3rd string QB Troy Smith the starting role, after Alex "I'm only the starter of an NFL team because i'm on the 49ers" Smith separated his shoulder.
So Troy Smith (Ohio State) will get to throw to Ted Ginn (Ohio State) in the who gives a crap bowl in London. Do incompletions count for double-points in my reverse-performance fantasy football league if both the QB and the WR were responsible for the play? I'd hate to tell you this, but until Eddie DeBartolo assumes ownership of the team again, or until they get an owner who is actually willing to spend some dough, the Niners will not be relevant. From what I've read, the Yorks are extreme tightwads. |
