Flags are generally directed by the "upstairs" personnel. The head coach is rarely in a good position to see if the call is correct and NEVER in position to review the TV angles to see if there's a chance to overturn.

That was a free first down for the Jets, but Holmes ran a bad route.  He had an 8-yard cushion when they needed 5 for the first.

No prevent please.  The defense has played well all day, ask them to do it one more time.  I don't want to see Sanchez move the ball down the field against a soft, deep zone and then make one play to win it.

I'm in Austin, so this game wasn't televised until the middle of the 3rd quarter (switched over from the Patriots).  I don't think I saw a single first down from Miami.
