We needed a player in that spot and it is good to have a solid special teams guy from that position. Sounds like Moses won't be around this year; we spent a bunch of time developing him and it looks like it will all be for nothing.
It seems to me that guys like this tend to get profiled and labeled as "over-achievers" mainly due to appearance. Most of the time I find that players like this "over-achieve" fairly consistently.
