Charles Clay, Frank Kearse and Jimmy Wilson practiced today which means they are signed. All 6-7th rounders. Not exactly the guys we are really looking for, Thomas is much bigger news. The new CBA what are being described as "strong anti-holdout provisions" (although details are scarce). With the rookie cap, slotting everyone in also became a lot simpler. The length-of-contract disputes are also a thing of the past with all rookie contracts fixed in length (plus non-negotiable option year).
