The good news just keeps coming.  If he failed a physical - fine but he was our only good ILB to go with Dansby.  What are we going to do, put in Edds (who has never played) or Dobbins (who was out of position most of the time last year)?

I think I would have rather not picked up Bush and kept Crowder.  Our defense was good last year and we take out a critical component.  Now we have a questionable QB situation and a week spot in the middle of the field on defense.

Crowder definitely was not a star, but his replacement wasn't any better and was actually worse. Hopefully we will hear about a new MLB signing a deal in Miami very soon.

I told you months ago this group Parcells brought in was in over their heads. They have no clue as to what they are doing. Ireland's GM career came to an end today with the Matt Moore deal. Once Ireland is fired AFTER this upcoming season he will never be a GM again. This organization is clueless.

Crowder wasn't great, but its a position we are thin at. And with 1 month before the FIRST REAL GAME, we are making holes on defense now, where we were solid and pretty well set. Talk abotu going out of your way to make more problems for yourself.

Clearing cap space guys. This has less to do with Channing Crowder and more to do with whomever they are clearing the cap space for. I still think they want to add a veteran QB to compete with Henne.

You know I wanted to mention something about this being a cap space move. It would be great to see this be the move that would allow us to upgrade at QB.

I just hope they have a plan.  Crowder wasn't the best LB ever, but he's been pretty good for us...certainly better than any of his replacements.
