Title: Can't Have it Both Ways Post by: EDGECRUSHER on November 24, 2011, 08:01:42 pm I am on the Suck for Luck bandwagon, although that ship has sailed the second we won ONE game, let alone 3. However, I felt that Luck and a new coaching staff could make the team contenders within 2 years. However, for that to happen, we have to be a lot better than our shitty record like we were in 2008.
Deep down, I felt that Miami was a 7-9 win team this season. Of course, teams like that don't go 1-15, no matter how bad their luck is or how many tiny mistakes they make. So, we won 3 in a row and basically handed Dallas the game today. We are going to win 5-6 games this year whether I like it or not. I just hope a good QB is still left when we draft 15th. This post really wasn't about drafting a QB, although we need to. It was more about Miami never really being an 0-7 team and in contention for top pick. We aren't very good, but we were never THAT bad either. We have tried our best every single game, which is more than I can say for the Colts.
