So a GM that was collectively known as the worst GM that the Dolphins have ever had, who then spends 4 years as player / personnel director for Vikings (including Randy Moss and Brett Favre debacles, amongst other player / personnel issues like Brad Childress) is now the GM. The majority on TDMMC and myself often disagree about many topics, and that's putting it nicely. However, I am confident that our opinions will be very much aligned on this one. Rick Spielman sucks and has helped destroy two NFL franchises with short-sighted, "win-now-or-bust" tactics that have not panned out and have cost the franchises several years of losing seasons, post-decision making.
