I recall a private New Orleans school sent home a student for wearing a Colts jersey before the superbowl. But that was a private school. I thought that was increadably stupid, but legal. Either it is an educational activity that the students are being barred from, or it is not an educational activity and has no place in the school day. Title: Re: School flunks first amendment. The Ravens did not dictate anyone wear purple as insinuated, it also does not appear to be the school's policy either. Before the event even happened the school principle was saying all kids would be included. This appears to have been the work of a few overzealous people and was not policy at all.
