Easy to say when Manning told them he wasn't coming there! LOL LOL Jets tried to save face and spin bad news into a positive. It would be impossible to justify and it would get everyone fired! NY Fans don't give a crap how much the guy is being paid, if he's throwing INT's and losing games he'll be on the bench in a NY minute. It's a typical "we embarrased you, so here's this big contract to help you save face" Sanchez will never receive the money on that contract (unless he wins big) it will be re-worked down the road, or more likely he'll just be cut.
