Yes I know, technically we can't fix the team since we have no say in what this team does, but for sake of debate, if we did have say, How would you run/fix this team if you were Ross. How do you bring this team back to respectability, and how long would it take, is it as simple as just getting rid of Ireland? Title: Re: How do we fix this team? 1) Get rid of Ireland 2) Get Cowher and tell him it's his franchise. Whatever he wants. He picks his coaches, management, players. Shit, even their salaries.
