The painter of light.  One of my wife's favorite artists.  Dead at the age of 54.

I can show you a few that I got off the internet.  What makes his paintings unique is that if you adjust the lighting in the room or the way the light hits the canvas, the painting looks like a whole new scene.

I see why he's called the painter of light. Very cool.
