I just finished watching the dolphins lose to the  chargers in the 1994 playoff game.   >:(  Marino looked good in that game.  Too bad he didn't have a playoff caliber defense to rely on.   Natrone Means steamrolled the dolphins.  Its so good to watch when the dolphins were an actual consistant playoff team ...    Its so sad that i have to resort to watching dolphins games that are 18years old just to see quality dolphin football. 

 

That team went into the locker room with a 21-6 lead and never came out.

Heh, I remember the Wannstedt yrs of going 11-5, 10-6 and everyone complaining... never thought it would get this bad!

I remember that game.  It was the same day I got in a car accident and got a pot of hot coffee dumped in my lap by some idiot waitress.

Oh man the missed field goal 40 some yards. Marino's come back year. Goal line stand. I remember it well probably last time miami had a legitament shot at super bowl? Wwhat i remember most is Shula getting way to conservitive in 2nd half & cost us game!!

^^^^ He couldn't do anything else.  He got the ball one time in the third quarter and it was on the one yard line.  San Diego got a safety and then by the time Miami got the football back it was into the 4th quarter.  They flat out wore the shit out of our defense in the 3rd.  Don't forget Means was out of bounds on the 2 but it ended up being a touchdown. 

Stoyanovich missed from 47 or 48, the kick was no gimme.  Coach Uh-oh was still running the defense.
