When do you guys want to hold it?

Saturday or Sunday.

A Friday night might work but Sat or Sun would be best

friday night?  lol people have lives and aren't sitting around gonna wait around for some draft for a fan website.

my sked is i work 6p-430a Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues, so if the draft is during those nights I can probably get away with doing it at work if we're not crazy busy.

I like Sunday nights.

It seems Sunday night is the consensus so far

How about the 26th?

What time on the 26th?  8 EDT?

That is fine for me.  What does everybody else think of that particular time?

any time on that Sunday works for me. So 8pm would be no problem

I hate to be "that guy" but I actually have another fantasy football draft in person on that date (cash league)  I can try to bring my comp along and do 2 at once since I would hate to have EVERYONE reschedule on a count of me.

I'm good with just about any time on that Sunday.  Tell me when, and I'll be there.

Sunday works better for me.. My money league draft was on the 25th an hr before this one so its good that you switched it up!!

can we move the draft to 9pm? 11pm is to late

9PM is way better for me....early work day tomorrow....rough weekend also...need some rest.  Will be around for 9PM...if the other time goes I'm out.

I mentioned earlier that I'll be participating in another live draft while this one is going on.  I'll bring my laptop along and it shouldn't be a problem. Whatever time is decided, please let me know in EST..I'll probably be a few drinks in and math won't be my strong point lol

I got confused because my new laptop is operating on pacific time.

I thought I was setting to eight pm EST, when I was setting it to 8 pm PST

The draft will not be tonight. 

Maybe next Sunday guys?

Holiday weekend next weekend, bad time for me. Ain't gonna work probably. If someone wants my spot I will back out of the league. If not the computer will pick it and whatever. I just wont be "as into the league" as I would have been otherwise.

So how about wed,thur night

Are weekdays during the night completely ruled out?  Maybe like an 8 pm gathering something this week?

Weekdays would be ok with me. Fins play a preseason game on Wed at 8:30. I will be online watching the game anyway, can't we do the draft then maybe? Just throwing it out there

Wednesday night works for me.  I'll be at work, but I have full internet access.  Shouldn't be a problem.  Yay slacking at work lol

Wednesday night 8 or 9 pm is good for me.

If we go Wednesday lets go for 8pm, thing will be over by 10 at the latest, probably not even that long with only 8 teams

Thursday is the only night that doesn't work for me.  Otherwise, I'm good.

Houston, we have a problem.


I'm at work and I can't connect to draft.  I'll get as far as a lobby, and then the actual draft will never load.  I'm confused


EDIT:  I've tried every "troubleshooting" step Yahoo provides, still cannot connect.  I've done a few mock drafts at home without a problem.  Here, I can't connect.  I have the most current versions of everything (flash, chrome, explorer, etc.)  ESPN's flash version works for me.  No idea what the problem is.

I would like to counter that opinion, and say that I hope each of you has horrible luck and you all had a terrible draft.  I know I did.

My drafts never seem to work out for me. 

I ought to just re-name my team the GB Packers. The Rodgers-Jennings-Nelson connection is either gonna be a home run or a total bust for me most weeks! lol

I feel your pain.. I just signed up for the yahoo $20. league. I hope I can get the 1 or 2 pick..

Maybe you guys should autopick.  I like my "draft" lol

I know one girl who won her office FF last year, by drafting on autopick and then selecting her players by which ever one had the highest number next to % of leagues in which this player has been selected to play.  Never made a trade.  She only made on drop, that player was on IR and selected the player that was currently the player with the highest % of being in other people's leagues.  She literally had the team on autopiolet all season long. 

Royally pissed of the rest of the league and she wasn't invited back this year.

Doesn't surprise me at all.  A lot of us, myself included, tend to over think Fantasy sports.  Lots of times the answer is right there in front of you but you overlook trying to find the "sleeper" pick or the "outside the box" payoff
