Title: Patriots Post by: tubba marxxx on September 17, 2012, 04:07:23 pm I saw they're playing Baltimore next week. Should be a great game. Since they lost to Arizona, It got me thinking, when was the last time the Patriots were under .500?
They lost Week 1, 2003. That was the last time they were under .500. 8 FREAKING YEARS!! My god.. I'm throwing the biggest party when Belichick retires Title: Re: Patriots Post by: Brian Fein on September 17, 2012, 04:57:47 pm I remember that game, and I didn't realize it was that long ago. Damn.
Title: Re: Patriots Post by: MyGodWearsAHoodie on September 17, 2012, 05:40:02 pm Last time the Patriots lost their home opener they went on to win the Superbowl. And a pretty significant offensive player suffered a signficant injury in that game too.

Also, last time they lost the superbowl the previous year, they ended up not making the playoffs. i'm also cool with that. Title: Re: Patriots Post by: fyo on September 17, 2012, 07:29:55 pm If anyone watched the game... Donald Thomas, former Dolphin, was sucking at guard for the Patriots. His best game for the Dolphins so far?

Title: Re: Patriots Post by: MyGodWearsAHoodie on September 18, 2012, 05:43:21 pm This weeks Pats-Ravens could be one of the more intesting games this week.
Neither team has lost back to back games since 2009. Both bounce back from losses very well. Title: Re: Patriots Post by: Landshark on September 18, 2012, 06:32:22 pm I'll take Patriots for $400, Alex.... Snowplowing a tiny space of the field, filming the opposing teams walkthrough practices, and hacking into the opposing team's radio headset's in the course of a football game are all forms of this. Title: Re: Patriots Post by: MikeO on September 18, 2012, 06:33:44 pm Pats signed Winslow and Branch today.
Cut Lex Hillard after just 1 game Title: Re: Patriots Post by: Fins4ever on September 18, 2012, 07:16:45 pm Pats signed Winslow and Branch today. Cut Lex Hillard after just 1 game Winslow??? Pats are desperate. Ravens by 7 Hernandez got hurt. He's out for the Ravens game. They need a backup tight end. Watch Winslow put up some huge numbers in that offense Title: Re: Patriots Post by: raptorsfan29 on September 19, 2012, 05:42:37 pm This weeks Pats-Ravens could be one of the more intesting games this week. I cringed when I saw his ankle bend in half. I'm amazed that he wasn't broken.
The offense revolves around tight ends, they need another one, Winslow was already in and pass his physical. Title: Re: Patriots Post by: Brian Fein on September 21, 2012, 03:20:20 pm Winslow is a bum.

They could go old school and throw to that dude Wes Welker, my fantasy team(s) would appreciate that. |
