Nice to see a clutch win by Miami...I definitely expected them to get taken behind the woodshed in this one.

Lamar Miller, for some outstanding running  (except for the fumble after the long run).  They need to get him the ball on the edges more, speed kills!

Dimitri Patterson, 4 games played, 4 INTS, does that say enough?  Did he come back in the game after getting shaken up?  I saw Jimmy Wilson in there and Jones, just didn't know if the injury was bad.  Imagine if that groin injury hadn't slowed him at the beginning of the season?

OL, for run blocking and keeping Tannehill mostly clean. 

My vote exactly and you are spot on with Grimes. I can't believe people are voting for him. The guy had one huge play but allowed the Bengals endless first downs because he could not make a tackle to save his life.

Three monster sacks by Wake including a forced fumble, fumble recovery and game winning safety!! He gets my game ball as the defense played lights out last night!!!  

It is actually pretty hard as there were fantastic performances by several people. Grimes and Patterson are so consistent. We haven't had that in sooooo loonng!!!

Deion Sanders can't tackle but I would have payed big bucks to have him on my team.

Obviously this game was horrendous defensively for Miami but CAM wake get my game ball for coming up with the game win sack !

I wouldn't call it horrendous when you get a Defensive TD, Safety, 3 INT's, a fumble recovery, and 5 sacks. The defense was bad on 3rd down but i wouldn't call it horrendous, that's a little harsh

that's correlation without causation. The dolphins took 10 seconds to score a 90 yard TD .. whereas cinci took 15 minutes and 2 80+ yard drives to score the same amount

You can't be this silly or blind!! Did you not watch the 3rd quarter of the game? Miami scores on Defense and the Bengals get the ball righ tback and they had the ball the entire quarter

Not saying he's anything like Sanders. Just saying tackling at DB isn't a necessity to be a successful DB. He did make other other plus too

They were pretty good for most of the game, but they were bad for most of the 3rd quarter except for the 1 shining moment by Grimes. They have find a way to get off the field more often on 3rd and long and they HAVE to stop that 35 yard run from happening. That was just unforgiveable. I saw someone say 5 missed tackles...that was just in the backfield alone they missed another 3 or 4 once he got passed the line of scrimmage and almost every single lineman and linebacker was jogging to catch him, I didn't see anyone really running. The defense has it's moments but it also has a lot of WTF moments still.

Wake. Monster play when in counted after a number of big plays during the game. No one else should even be in the discussion. Miller looked great, but he fumbled at the goal line. The game shouldn't have had to even go to OT, but for that play.

Silly statement. I mean if Sturgis makes the early FG the game doesn't go overtime except for that play using the same logic. You could point out any number of "plays" that prevent the game from going to overtime. 

But only ONE of those plays handed the other team the ball, literally right on the doorstep of a score for Miami. I get that you love Miller and no one can EVER say anything about one of "your guys," but that was a critical mistake that completely negated a great run before it. Even the announcers (Mayock I believe) pointed out that a RB who puts the ball on the ground isn't going to last long and that Miller has had a problem with it all the way back to his college days.

Wake is the only logical player, IMO. If there's agreement that Grimes shouldn't be player of the game despite a INT TD because his poor tackling overshadowed the big play, then Miller should be given the same treatment, and handing the ball to the opposition a foot out of the end zone is awful. -EK

Miller on offense and Wake on Defense....wasn't pretty but I will take the win.

The missed field goal still handed the other team the ball (with better field position than the fumble), and I'd say that a field goal attempt is "right on the doorstep of a score" by definition.

Grimes is built for shutting down guys, not bringing them down. He played a great game and gets my game ball. Wake gets an honorable mention, but he disappeared 1 on 1 for large parts of the game.

The D in general seemed to have a problem wrapping up. Don't recall the last time I saw so many broken "tackles" (yes, they get the quote treatment... they sucked...).

I could be wrong but seems to me all the missed tackles were towards the end of the third quarter after they had been on the field for what seems like forever. The fact these guys stood strong in  OT was absolutely freaking amazing in my opinion.

It has to be Wake for me, not just the big plays but the lion heart effort all game.

Tannehill was pumped after the game. He always keeps his emotions in check but he let loose Thursday night after the game...lol
