Title: Tragedy strikes the Bulls again
Post by: Landshark on November 25, 2013, 11:22:53 am
Derrick Rose is done for the year.  A play off the Poison song

Every Rose has its thorn

Just like every night has its dawn

And every Bulls fan sings a sad, sad song

Every Rose has its thorn

Thanks for making me break out my Bic, Shark.

I hate it for D-Rose. Now I wonder if they're going to have to change the billboards all around Chi-town?

Also, not to pour salt on the wound, but Mario Chalmers had better numbers so far than D Rose.

The question is, does Chicago blow it up?  You can't spend 3 years in a row building a team around a guy who's not going to be there come playoff time.

they won't have a choice .. deng is out after this year .. they'll amnesty boozer and they'll try to hitch their future to a core of gibson, noah and rose going forward.

that puts them 13 mil under the cap next year and in the hunt for some 2nd tier free agents.
