Title: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 07, 2015, 08:19:08 pm Now things are getting a little more serious. The big boys are strapping into this fray and when all is said and done, there will be four teams left standing. Here are my predicted winners:
Seattle Green Bay Denver Baltimore Yes. I'm counting on the Ravens D with Ngata back to frustrate Tom Brady and for the Ravens to pull off the upset in Foxboro. Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: Sunstroke on January 07, 2015, 09:19:22 pm See if I can double down on my 4-0 wild card weekend... Seattle Green Bay Colts Patriots Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 10, 2015, 05:01:43 pm So far its not looking good for the Patriots. And that is music to my ears.
Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: Sunstroke on January 10, 2015, 06:03:52 pm And just like that, a 14-0 Ravens lead is a 14-14 tie... Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 10, 2015, 06:22:51 pm And just like that, a 14-0 Ravens lead is a 14-14 tie... Make that a 21-14 Ravens lead at the half as Brady made a big mistake throwing that late pick. And Revis made an even bigger mistake on the PI call. Let's see who makes the better halftime adjustments Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: Sunstroke on January 10, 2015, 08:10:17 pm Hated to see the Patsies win, but figured they'd have a strong second half. Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: MikeO on January 10, 2015, 08:19:42 pm Hated to see the Patsies win, but figured they'd have a strong second half. Poor clock management by Harbaugh cost them that game. 2 wasted timeouts in the 2nd half ended up coming back to hurt Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 10, 2015, 09:27:06 pm Did anyone see Kearse catch that TD pass in the crook of his arm??? What a play for the Seahawks!!!

Ya that was pretty badassTitle: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 10, 2015, 09:51:26 pm What a wild ending to the half. Cam Chancellor is a leaper.
Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 10, 2015, 11:03:20 pm Pick six by Chancellor. Game over. We know where the championships will be next week
Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 11, 2015, 03:33:20 pm Green Bay/Dallas is shaping up to be a dogfight
Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: Tenshot13 on January 11, 2015, 04:00:02 pm I really hate Dallas but wow did they just get screwed on that Dez Bryant catch.

The rules say you have to maintain control going to the ground. It was clear he didn't. Justice is served. Justice is served. he had possession, two feet down and made a football move before he hit the ground. I really don't care all that much but IMO that's a catch. Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 11, 2015, 04:40:10 pm he had possession, two feet down and made a football move before he hit the ground. I really don't care all that much but IMO that's a catch. He did not make a football move at all. He was focusing on catching the ball while falling down the whole time. It was the correct thing to do overturning that call. I'm hoping for a Colts-Packers Super Bowl at this point, for two reasons. First, it would mean that I win our "Predict the Season" contest. Second, I wouldn't have to listen to Seahawks fans who never cheered for the Seahawks before last season beat their chests all offseason. Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: miamid45 on January 11, 2015, 08:16:42 pm Hopefully the Broncos run of the past few seasons.
Many unrestricted free agents ...both Thomas players, etc. They will have to make a decision regarding Manning....still good, but a terrible final few games of the season. Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: miamid45 on January 11, 2015, 08:28:37 pm If I"d have known before the game that Green Bay would score 26 points, I'd have said Dallas would win.
No reason why their Offence shouldn't have put up over 30 points against a mediocre Packers Defence. Big failure on the offensive play calling not going to Dez more than 4 times. It would instantly upgrade the offense if the Dolphins could get them both. As for Manning, he's got one and maybe two good years left. Cut Wallace and sign them both..lol Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: ArtieChokePhin on January 11, 2015, 09:50:30 pm Cut Wallace and sign them both..lol Hell no. You need Wallace as your deep threat. If anything cut Clay. Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: miamid45 on January 11, 2015, 09:56:03 pm Hell no. You need Wallace as your deep threat. Just thinking cap wise, would be the only way we could get them, plus Tanny still not great at throwing the deep ball..LOL Title: Re: Divisional Weekend Post by: Spider-Dan on January 12, 2015, 02:19:52 am I'm hoping for a Colts-Packers Super Bowl at this point, for two reasons.
