I can find interest in NCAA, MLB, NHL, NASCAR or even FIFA if the time or teams are right, but don't follow them, in general. Not that they will win more than 85 games, but because they appeared to abandon their stupid belief that they are a playoff team and will now let some young talent have a chance to play.

I want to like baseball, I really do. I used to. I still enjoy going to games. But, the Marlins' ownership and front office has turned me sour on them. Its too bad, really, because I think they could make some noise this year. Other than that, there isn't a single other sport on that list I give 2 craps about. I was just discussing with my wife tonight - about how NFL is so far out ahead of every other sport for my sports interest. At the same time, I have Panthers' season tickets, and not Dolphins'. During football my Saturday and Sunday are scheduled around football. Very little interrupts that. Can't forget the March Madness either.

However, if all goes well financially over the summer, my wife told me we're getting the Center Ice package. So, who am I to argue with that? ;D Might have to get myself a Tyler Sequin sweater. |
