He is right he won't play much at WR this year with the new additions. He actually holds some trade value because he has a cheap contract and has ability. He is a special teams beast and he has a dirt cheap contract. They ain't gonna cut him. They will try to trade him or keep him as the #5 WR. And he will be there through camp incase someone goes down. He's a good player on a cheap contract....you don't toss those guys to the curb
