Title: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 07:59:58 pm The Oline was horrible
The front office for signing Suh Landry for dropping that pass The Defense for that horrible first half. Franks for the missed kick Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Tenshot13 on September 20, 2015, 08:30:30 pm The Oline was horrible Jesus Christ you are the worst. Landry? Really? He was one of the only bright spots today, can't knock him for one dropped past. Front office for signing Suh? Youre clueless. Franks has been solid, so that's another example of you not knowing what you're talking about. It's one kick. I can agree with oline and first half defense. The front office for signing Suh Landry for dropping that pass The Defense for that horrible first half. Franks for the missed kick Mine goes to to the good old offensive coordinator. Horrible play calling all day. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: CF DolFan on September 20, 2015, 08:31:43 pm No way you can pick Landry. He produced all day. Aikens was horrible but so was dline and offensive line. Hard to say with so many poor performances.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 08:53:54 pm That dropped pass probably cost them the game.
Has Suh been good or am I missing something here? Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 08:55:24 pm Jesus Christ you are the worst. Landry? Really? If you can't see difference, you know nothing Jon SnowHas Suh been good or am I missing something here? Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Tenshot13 on September 20, 2015, 08:57:53 pm dropped past? lol oooohhhh a typo. Just stop posting already, it's embarrassing. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 09:05:58 pm that first half ending was just atrocious.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 09:07:15 pm What is a shame is that this could be the finest year of Tannehill's career thus far and the fish (mammals) can't support him.

Franks for the missed kick Landry? Really...your football IQ is in negative numbers Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Sunstroke on September 20, 2015, 09:17:32 pm Olivier Vernon, for the stupid and insanely costly penalty on Jacksonville's final game-winning drive. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Tenshot13 on September 20, 2015, 09:19:01 pm Landry? Really...your football IQ is in negative numbers Damn, even broccoli is in the green when it comes to IQ. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 09:25:46 pm How does nominating a player who dropped a pass that likely cost the Dolphins a victory for the shame of the game qualify me as having a negative IQ?
As for that penalty, well the way that game was going I doubt it would have made a difference. Edit: unless I got the player wrong Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: masterfins on September 20, 2015, 09:44:01 pm I didn't watch the game, played golf instead, so I'll just go with my 2014 Shame of the Year winner - Coyle.

As for that penalty, well the way that game was going I doubt it would have made a difference. Edit: unless I got the player wrong He had over 100 yards and if not for him the Dolphins lose by 10 or more probably. He drops one pass and you pin everything on him. Like I said, you have a low football IQ Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Pappy13 on September 20, 2015, 09:47:38 pm Kevin Coyle. I said he should have been fired last year and nothing has made me rethink it. The defense lost this game today. What is that like 4 straight games making poor to average QB's look like MVP's. If Tanny were throwing against our defense he'd have 400 yards and 5 TD's every game. No pressure on the QB. Can't run the right coverage. Can't cover when they get lucky and do run the right coverage. Can't stop the run. Can't tackle. This defense is bottom 5 in the league their last 4 games, they are lucky they have had to play bottom 5 offenses as well. We have no shot at beating a team with a decent offense at this point and can barely hang with a bottom 5 offense.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 20, 2015, 09:48:59 pm I did not pin everything on him.
Read my first post Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: EDGECRUSHER on September 20, 2015, 10:10:21 pm James was brutal, but I will go with Philbin for another slow start and mental weakness. Rex Ryan coaches this team and we are 2-0.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: DZA on September 20, 2015, 10:27:45 pm Lamar Miller.... 10 carries 14 yrds. ??? ??? And this suppose to be the feature back.
Honorable Mention. Dallas Thomas--- Did you all see how Jared Odrick just Blew past him. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: miamid45 on September 20, 2015, 11:13:17 pm James was brutal, but I will go with Philbin for another slow start and mental weakness. Rex Ryan coaches this team and we are 2-0. Will never win with a coach like Philbin. No emotion and it seems to filter down onto the field especially during the 1st halves of both games so far. Lack of discipline also....TOO many penalties, especially unsportsmanlike at the end of the game by Vernon. I lay that on the coach each and every time for not being able to control his team! This guy has to go...P.S...having a Shitty Oline doesn't help either. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Dave Gray on September 21, 2015, 01:12:01 am Ja'Wuan James - couldn't block, so he kept holding and negating plays and killing drives.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: mecadonzilla on September 21, 2015, 04:07:04 am It's so hard to pin the disaster that is the o-line on one guy. They are, as a group, completely terrible.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: ArtieChokePhin on September 21, 2015, 06:18:02 am How can you not give it to Vernon? A lot of other guys made mistakes, but Vernon committed a cheap, costly personal foul penalty that put the Jaguars well within field goal range when they were just on the cusp of it. No excuse for that.
Dallas Thomas--- Did you all see how Jared Odrick just Blew past him. Actually it was Jason Fox that was responsible for Odrick Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Dolphster on September 21, 2015, 09:11:12 am To narrow this week's Shame of the Game to only one person would be to give too many woeful performers a free pass. Shame of the Thread goes to the dufus who included Landry in his list. Seriously? One drop amidst his usual great game and that gets him a nomination for SOTG? Come on, man.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Phishfan on September 21, 2015, 09:29:41 am This game was so bad I was actually thinking about this thread as the game was being played. The problem is, as I started to pick out individuals, I noticed there were way too many to single out. Since I cannot identify one person who really blew it more than the others, I give my shame to Philbin.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Rich on September 21, 2015, 11:56:31 am That dropped pass probably cost them the game. Watch the film, it wasn't a dropped pass. It was a tremendous play by the DB to strip the ball out. Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: Spider-Dan on September 21, 2015, 12:05:18 pm Philbin. Failure at every level.
Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: AZ Fins Fan 55 on September 21, 2015, 01:21:57 pm I'm going with Philbin as well. This team was not prepared and looked over matched by what many thought was an inferior team for the second week in a row. There were so many ridiculous penalties in this game that show how undisciplined this team is. This team will not be taken serious with this clown at the helm. I have been pretty neutral with Philbin for the last few years but I think yesterday I may have reached my breaking point with him. I could still just be very pissed about the embarrassing loss yesterday and posting with too much emotion today but right now I wouldn't mind seeing him removed from this team!!!!! It was so frustrating watching that game yesterday and I think it's because I fell into the hype this year. Unlike years past I never really bought in, but this year I did and frankly the last two weeks seem like more of the same from this team. I know it's early and there is time to turn it around but I just don't know if it is possible with Philbin as the coach!!!!!
H.M. Vernon with that asinine penalty to put Jacksonville in scoring position for the win. Control yourself dumbass........ Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: dolphins4life on September 21, 2015, 10:08:32 pm It gets worse.
I read today that Grimes dropped a potential pick six before the half. Awful Title: Re: Shame of the Game - at Jaguars Post by: masterfins on September 21, 2015, 11:58:34 pm ^^^ Worse than that, I heard today that the water boy let the Gatorade jug go empty just before half-time.
