Probably a 7th rounder or something Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: MikeO on September 21, 2015, 04:54:53 pm ESPN just reported it was for a 7th round pick
Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: ArtieChokePhin on October 02, 2015, 07:57:53 am And add another player to the list of former Dolphins who didn't do shit here but blossomed elsewhere. Davis was the slot CB last night because Kyle Arrington was nursing an injury. He had a couple of good stops on third down including a critical tackle of Antonio Brown.
Unfuckingbelieveable Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: hordman on October 02, 2015, 09:14:41 am And add another player to the list of former Dolphins who didn't do shit here but blossomed elsewhere. Davis was the slot CB last night because Kyle Arrington was nursing an injury. He had a couple of good stops on third down including a critical tackle of Antonio Brown. Unfuckingbelieveable Armando makes note of that this morning http://miamiherald.typepad.com/dolphins_in_depth/2015/10/will-davis-joins-list-of-players-performing-wellfor-somebody-else.html (http://miamiherald.typepad.com/dolphins_in_depth/2015/10/will-davis-joins-list-of-players-performing-wellfor-somebody-else.html) Should really be no surprise. I told folks around that would not be surprise that Mike Wallace has an above avg year this year for MIN, possibly making some very long, TD catches with Bridgewater It's a mindset no doubt. Players, for the most part, come here to die or flatten out. And then, in a cruel twist of irony, go somewhere else and perform better. Numbers don't lie. This organization is snake bitten. It's from the top down. From the owner to the middle managers to HC, it has a black cloud above them. The owner has got to LOVE football, the idea of owning a football team for he sole purpose of loving to win and create a team/city that everyone can get behind. Ross is not that kinda guy. Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: CF DolFan on October 02, 2015, 11:18:51 am Wallace has kind of complained without complaining as of yet. He said the Dolphins ran an offense where he got more catches but this is more run oriented.

Ross wanted to create that party atmosphere. He got it, and this is the result. The fish rots from the head down. Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: AZ Fins Fan 55 on October 02, 2015, 12:17:06 pm I cringed every time I heard Will Davis mentioned last night during the game!!!!! While he may not be a superstar he has to be better then some of the trash we are putting on the field each Sunday!!!!!
Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: MikeO on October 03, 2015, 03:50:49 am Says more about the scheme and the coaching he has in Baltimore than it does about him the player. The Dolphins don't coach people up to make them better.
Title: Re: Will Davis traded to the Ravens Post by: Pappy13 on October 03, 2015, 10:34:07 pm It's a mindset no doubt. Nope, it's coaching. Or more accurately the lack thereof. |
