Title: How about them Panthers? Post by: Spider-Dan on October 11, 2016, 11:04:43 am The silver lining on this season so far is that the equally pathetic performance of the Carolina Panthers means that a certain front-running troll remains in his cone of silence.
Title: Re: How about them Panthers? Post by: Baba Booey on October 11, 2016, 02:01:12 pm Even worse is that POS Cam Newton is back to his old ways. He is out with a "concussion" and can't play but is out in the streets on a motorized scooter in traffic wearing no helmet and playing around like a little kid.
So he can't play because of the concussion but is riding a motorized scooter with no helmet in traffic a few days before the game like nothing is wrong and not even caring enough to protect his head after the concussion. He is a very good player, no doubt. But his maturity level will never change and he will never lead a team to a championship with his behavior and attitude. Last year was his best shot as everything lined up perfectly for him and his team and he spit it up in the Super Bowl with a dog performance. He will never get that close again. LOL, I was thinking the same thing. I actually hope for good things for the Panthers because Mike Shula is on their staff. But it is always kind of funny to see people disappear from here when football events aren't playing out to their liking. Title: Re: How about them Panthers? I won't say it as this is a family site but let's just say Billy Bush and Donald Trump were talking about "grabbing it" on a bus during an access hollywood interview about 10 years ago ;) Title: Re: How about them Panthers? He's a crybaby pussy. Seriously what a wuss. Title: Re: How about them Panthers? Post by: Spider-Dan on October 18, 2016, 12:27:36 am I said it before and I'll say it again:
Carolina led the league last year with a +20 takeaway ratio (http://www.espn.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/givetake/year/2015). This year? They are third worst (http://www.espn.com/nfl/statistics/team/_/stat/givetake/year/2016) at -8. The Panthers are being slapped back down to reality by the law of averages. Teams that rely on takeaway advantage to win tend to implode when the balls stop bouncing their way. (Interestingly, DAL was worst in the league last year but is t-6th in 2016.) |
