I've maintained from the beginning that he doesn't have to be the 2nd coming of Dan Marino to take us where we want to go, you just need to put a winning team around him and Gase is starting to do that. The previous coaches didn't.

1) He has a positive attitude, gives 100%. 2) He doesn't throw blame onto others. 3) And maybe most importantly, he is durable. I just looked and Matt Moore is 16 for 30 over 6 games since Ryan came on the team. 19 of those attempts were in a blow out win against the Jets when Tannehill got hurt during his first season. He started the next game.
