What a dumb play call and an even dumber pass

Like Belichick and the Cleveland Browns ... Adam Gase will one day be a great coach for a different team. This team is soft as it's ever been but we can protest with the best of them. Ross' reign has been nothing less than horrible.

I think that's the league minimum for his experience. If not it's pretty close. Cutler makes plays when he has time but doesn't do as well when rushed. Our weak o-line is an issue for him.
