Title: Possible Offensive Coordinator?
Post by: hordman on November 18, 2018, 12:04:07 pm
Broncos reportedly believe Gary Kubiak will consider offensive coordinator opportunities

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that several head coaching candidates are interested in potentially having Kubiak on their staff as an offensive coordinator and that the Broncos believe Kubiak will consider any opportunities that arise. It’s thought that the health issues — similar ones cropped up while Kubiak was the head coach in Houston — would preclude a return to a head coaching job.

I don't think Gase would ever give up the play calling duties

I really think Gase should give up play calling duties, he's not that good at it.  If a HC can't trust his OC to call plays, then he needs to replace the OC.

They need a defensive coordinator, not an offensive coordinator.

They need a defensive coordinator, not an offensive coordinator.

When you have the offensive weapons that Miami has, and they struggle to get FG's, then you need a new OC.

When you have a defense that gives up 10 points in the last 7 mins to lose a game you need a defensive coordinator.
