Post by: EDGECRUSHER on March 16, 2020, 11:29:26 am All this being said, IF Tua is gone by the time we pick, whether the Redskins take him or someone gives up their future in draft picks for him, I think I would draft Herbert at #5. There is a lot of talent there and I just don't see a scenario where we will pick this high again anytime soon. Not to mention there is almost never a good QB under 40 to hit the FA market and it might be our best shot at getting a franchise QB.
Tanny didn't even hit the market this year and he was the best available as long as you didn't want Brady for 1 year. QBs worth a damn just aren't allowed to hit free agency. |
