In contrast, I absolutely hated Iron Man 3 (which should really be called "Tony Stark 3" as Iron Man is barely in it). It's probably my least favorite MCU movie.

I don't love either of these movies, but Iron Man 2 is so scatter shot. I like Shane Black's style and I feel that at least Iron Man 3 feels like it has some identity. 2 feels like movie-by-committee. I don't expect either of these films to get too far, either way.

But when Dave suggested a play-in round, that was the perfect solution.
