This almost perfectly matches the play shown under "Blocking for an opponent more than one yard downfield before the ball is touched.

I think this is the correct call.

Honestly, it's hard to tell from that little snippet. I'm guessing the difference Romo is alluding to is that Hunter Henry's opponent is right up on the line of scrimmage for bump and run coverage, so the point of engagement (contact) could be within the 1 yard of the line to allow that contact to be legal. I know it's not in the rule book (and makes no difference) but did this contact materially effect the outcome of the play?   

It looks different to the pick play (offensive PI) I called out Hunter Henry for last week against the Dolphins where he clearly engaged with Noah more than a yard downfield which freed up his opponent for the TD catch. In that case both Noah (and Henry's direct opponent Rowe) were almost two yards off the line of scrimmage when the ball was snapped. That was a textbook pick play that happened right in front of the referee #85, but he withheld the flag and gave the TD signal. Noah briefly tried to argue the point, but shakes head head and throws his arms up in disgust before walking away.

I'm still shaking my head at that one, but these days the standard of refs across the NFL are so bad I'm not surprised anymore.

It was a huge play, as it effectively ended the game.  I think the key is the Henry cannot continue to be blocking more than one yard downfield. 

Lots of BSC around the league.  On the second to last play in the Jets game, I saw the replay.  Howard and the receiver were both jockeying for position and playing for the ball.  Howard was not playing through the receiver's back.  I don't know what the argument there was.

Except for maybe tackling the receiver before the ball arrives practically every play there could be PI called.  There is a lot of offensive PI that never gets called.  It's become like holding calls, there is some holding every single play.  The NFL wants high scoring games, not FG exhibitions like the Dolphins - Jets game.
