This made major news here in Australia - because of the movie The Blind Side, and the public Conservatorship battle of Britney Spears.

His accusations are very detailed in the way he feels he has been manipulated - it could be just about the money, yet it doesn't sit well that he may have been talked into a Conservatorship when he thought it was an adoption (and in the movie I think this was portrayed as a genuine adoption)

It's really hard to get a bead on this as to where it will go (apart from the Lawyers making money out of it)

There were rumblings about this when he was playing, so it wouldn't shock me if his allegations were true.

Was listening to Jason Whitlock and there seems to be more to the story. I'm going to wait to see how this turns out.

Michael Oher isn't dumb so I'm shocked this is happening now. I spoke with my wife about this last night who has been reading as much as she can on the subject (she really enjoyed the movie) and she thinks that perhaps this is being persued because of Michael Oher's wife. That would seem to make some sense as Michael was pretty quiet about this until recently which coincides with Michael getting married. They have been together since college, so she's not new to the situation, but they did just recently get married and that can sometimes change things. I mean he always had problems with the movie, but it seemed to more centered around how he was portrayed in the movie then about the money received from the movie. Michael is worth around $16 million if you can believe the web so he doesn't really need the money, but the Tuohy's have money as well so maybe he feels he deserves a bit more or maybe there has been a falling out. Seems like there's more to this story than what we are being told.
