We have no way of knowing whether or not one team winning will be the deciding factor in Miami's efforts to make the playoffs this year. The way I see it, we have two options. 1) We can root for the Jets with the hope that ALL the AFC East teams will be bad like the NFC South in 2022. This gives Miami to be a bad division winner. 2) We can root for the Bills in the hope that the Miami can win a couple games they have no business winning and sneak in as the seventh seed. Make a decision based on that. This is disturbingly correct. I think you need to root for the Jets, but also FTJ. It's unlikely that we will compete either way, so I think it just makes sense to root for whichever one brings you personal joy. If you're hoping for a miracle for the Dolphins to make the playoffs, it's probably smarter to root for the Jets.
