P.S. Dolphins were established in 1966, we won our first superbowl in 1973, last time I checked that would be our 7th season. P.P.S. The Broncos went to the friggin' title game this year, and we missed the playoffs. Denver had a great season. He should be busting on us.

I think Dave isn't so much bowing down as stating a real-life truth. Denver went to the AFC title game and Miami, while having a remarkable turnaround, came up short of the playoffs. Miami fans got short-term smack privilege when they beat Denver in the opener this past season, and will get even more once we show we can go further into the playoffs than they can. I'm all for talking trash, but talking smack about their latest Super Bowl win, when in fact they are a top NFL team that had a fantastic regular season record and went far into the playoffs and we're average, just doesn't make sense to me. ....It especially doesn't make sense to keep doing it over and over. |
