Denver Broncos linebacker D.J. Williams pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired and was sentenced to a year of probation and 24 hours of community service, the Rocky Mountain News reported on its Web site Thursday. Denver did you see this. What's the NFL coming to? Ricky hitting the bong, Williams drinking and driving. What's going on? Don't get me wrong, drinking and driving is a mistake and people shouldn't do it, especially athelets that make millions of dollars and can pay a chauffeur to drive them wherever, but it impairs your judgement. Hopefully he learns from this and it was just a bad decision. Now, if it was to happen again, then he would be considered a problem.

DUI is driving with a BAC of .08 or greater depending on which state you live in. DWAI is driving with a BAC of between .04 & .08. Usually what happens with the first one is you get charged with a DWI originally then when you go to court they reduce it to DWAI. Does DWAI let them get you even if you've only had a sip now? Does DWAI let them get you even if you've only had a sip now? If you blow between an .04 or an .08 usually they will just let you go, but they can charge you with just DWAI. A sip wouldn't do it. The basis for most of us on here to be on that level would be about 2-3 drinks in an hour. The important thing to remember is you can technically still get a DUI while under the .08 limit. With cameras in the cars now that's really all the evidence they need.
