BENTLEY UNLIKELY Even if there is an extension of the CBA and the salary cap within it, highly regarded free agent center LeCharles Bentley is expected to sign with Philadelphia on Monday when the free agent signing period begins. Campbell is not in the NFL right now. He is a street FA that Miami can sign at any point. The reason Miami cannot sign him is cap related. |
