Title: Harrington, Brown, Crowder And Hill Play "Meet The Press"
Post by: CF DolFan on May 19, 2006, 07:58:21 am
There are some great interviews in here with them. I especially liked the Harrington and Crowder interviews.  Joey, like Channing, seems to know and respect where he fits into this team.  I think we made a great pick-up.

On if he will be content being a backup if Daunte Culpepper is healthy) – “Am I going to be content? I don’t think any player is content when they are not on the field, but I have been in this situation before. I was in this situation with Jeff (Garcia) last year where I was forced to be a backup and be ready at any time. Our season last year showed that as a second quarterback on the team, you have to be prepared and you have to be ready to get in and play at any moment during the season. Of course I want to be out there on the field as a competitor, but as a teammate, I am going to do everything I can to be ready for this team and if that means sitting for a season or two, then I’m prepared to do that.”

Good Post Man,

Crowder made me laugh when he said that he reckons her might have had 6 picks during training, but he was trying to intercept Culpepper. When he got near the pass he didnt even break the spiral: "It darn near broke my finger" ;D

I think Harrington has taken his medicine knowing that he's coming here as number 2, when he has the potential to be a worthy starter.

I just hope is professionalism can last the season.

Harrington may get to start a few games.  I hope he's not like Gus and lets it get to his head when the defense wins a game or two for him  :D.
