Title: Whats the penalty for 5th offense Post by: raptorsfan29 on May 30, 2006, 05:01:21 pm since ricky failed his 4th test and it results in a one year suspension. What does a 5th offense have for a penalty.

They're treating this guy like he's god. Ronnie Brown is being paid a boatload of cash, he needs to be the focus of the miami running game.

I think they take all of what's happened into consideration and do it on a case by case basis.
