My Game Ball goes to Chad Henne.  His resiliency showed on the field tonight overcoming two sacks and a fumble early on to lead the team to two TD drives to close out the first half.  Those drives proved to be the difference in this game.

Honorable mention to Davonne Bess and Earnest Wilford.  Both those guys played superbly tonight.

Another honorable mention to Lionel Dotson for busting up the middle for a sack late in the game as well as doing an excellent job stuffing the run.  His play tonight should land him a spot on at least the practice squad if not the active roster.

No way on Henne he had a poor night. I will give a ball to Ronnie Brown and Bess.

Wilford may have saved himself tonight.

Why did Ricky only carry the ball one time? I saw in the stats that Brown got a TD though.

Ricky already established himself as a starter...they needed to see where Ronnie was at as far as playing ability coming off the injury...and who to cut as far as the rest of the RB's go.

As my real self, I give the gameball to the defense.  They were solid all night.

Not seen the game, but checked out the stats.  Can someone explain how Bess is being talked about so highly, but yet he only caught 1 pass for 20 Yds & had a fumble?

Thanks

Look at his punt returns.

I'm missing something in the stats or they are wrong.  It shows him with 5 returns for a 10 Yd. avg with a LG of 22.

Yeah, I just looked at them too (i didn't watch the game, I followed it on CBSSportsline while watching the Phillies-Cubs game). While following the game, it seemed like his returns were much better than that.

I looked at the complete play by play, and he had returns of -3, 13, 8, 22, 13. I guess they looked better in real life.

I'll give my Game Ball to rookie QB Chad Henne.  Congrats on scoring your first NFL touchdown.
