I just heard on ESPN that the NBA is asking for a $175M loan from a bank (i can't remember which one but it was a big one) to offset team losses in revenue. I think they said 13 team asked the league for the money.

hmmmm........NASCAR, The NFL, NHL and MLB are still making ends meet.

you gotta watch the segment we did on ESPNews tonite, it airs at the :20 and :50 of every hour till probably around noon (saturday)....hilarious!

Shit, you mean giving guys like Tim Thomas $75 Million was a BAD idea? I thought MLB was bad with paying solid guys superstar money, they have nothing on the NBA in terms of ridiculous contracts. Stephon Marbury is the 2nd highest paid player in the league.
