America's team

Can you honestly tell me that he is not better then the 3rd receiver on every single team in the NFL? Am I missing something?

Someone shed light on this issue for me.

He might have better credentials, but if I'm not mistaken he's 37 and coming off a rather serious injury.

And last season showed that he's clearly in the twilight of his career.

DB, you're right, he's better than most teams #3 guys.

But  from what I've read- Marvin thinks that he's still a #1 receiver, and he wants #1 receiver money.

If that's the case, then he can plan on sitting out the season. I wasn't aware of that.

Who is his agent? Roger Clemens? LOL!

I think his agent is Michael Crabtree's cousin...

I also think the "in his twilight" comment above is more accurate than the "better than any team's #3 WR" comment. I think he's only better than most #3 WRS around the league is if the team that signs him has a time machine to take him back a couple of years.

Prior to that incident, which he was never repremanded for, neither by the law, or the NFL, he was treated as an ambassador and the greatest guy in the world for his entire NFL career.

All I remember is hearing about what a class act he was. When he scored a touchdown he flipped the ball to the officials and was very professional.

If there's anything Marvin Harrison isn't, its a scumbag thug.

Agreed.  I think the gun was OWNED by him, but he's not the one who fired it.  And he owned it legally.

He's no thug.  He's just past his prime.
