Cleveland    (could beat the Bucs for longest losing streak in nfl history)

They don't even have a chance until that St Louis game at home.  They'll be playing for 24 straight losses.

I'm not sold on probably nine of the games on their schedule as losses if they play like an average NFL team.   

The most likely of the next five would be at Green Bay, at Chicago or St. Louis.  Since we're picking and someone else took Washington, I'll take at Green Bay.
