the way the nfl is setup, it often takes worse to have a chance to get significantly better...

unfortunately for the dolphins when they were worse, they drafted a running back and a left tackle.

In order to lead a TD drive, you need to have receivers get open, have guys block for you, and people make catches.  We have a superstar WR who doesn't catch touch passes, for example.  Marshall is getting huge money to do things like help his QB out.  He doesn't.

Henne is not elite, but you can't just cut him and get another bum and expect things to be different.  I don't even want to defend Henne.  He's not the problem.  I hate to tell you, but you're just wrong.  You can say that the buck stops with him because he's at a position that magifies that, and you'd be right, but if you're looking to win games now, replacing your QB without having a specific upgrade won't help you.  You can't just cut your starting QB and hope for the best.

Win games now? LOL, the season is over bro. 0-3 starts dont come back and make the playoffs. But playing Moore for a game or two won't hurt nothing. How much worse can it be? What we lose games...we are doing that now.  And  we don't have to cut him. Hene is a Free Agent at the end of the year, just don't re-sign him. He won't want to come back anyway so its probably a happy divorce! Henne can't play and he IS the reason we don't score points. Hartline, Bess and the WR's are fine. Don't make excuses for Henne. Henne isn't very good. Henne is 99% of the problem!

P.S.....I was the one who wanted Marshall gone once the lockout ended. We had a 30 day window to not take a cap hit. Everyone here said, no no no...now we are stuck with the SOB and he will hurt our cap for the next few years if we move him. Question I had, when Marshall gave that "cheap shot" to Joe Haden and sucker-hit him from behind and got the 15 yard penalty and made Carpenters FG kick harder, was that the BDP kicking back in or him just being an scumbag once again?

Excuse me as I ddn't get to see the game but didn't Bess drop a pass on the last drive that would have put us in FG range? It would have made it 1st and 10 on the 35 yard line or something with 3o something seconds left.  I was listening on the radio and thinking here we go again. Same thing different week.

We never have playmakers when it counts but yet our QB is the problem.

I dont know what to say, while I do see Henne playing a lot better this season  than in the past, he continues to disappoint me . I am not sure as to whether question his ability or Daboll's play calling or Sparano's coaching ability.  This team is in very very bad shape .  We all knew Reggie Bush was not no #1 option at RB,  What we did not expect is that the defense was going to suck as bad as they do now.  Here they talked about Vontae and Smith like they were the  two best sine SURTAIN and MADISON bullshit.  In now way they are better  that surtain and madison.  Mike Nolan could not hack it as a coach in San fran so why should he do any better a a D-cord.  Undecided

This season is a lost and i am starting to believe what Golic said about the FINS, we are going to go 3-13  or 1-15 again!  I dont care no more until i see  a winning product on the field.

it's crazy right... henne is the only qb in the nfl where his receivers drop balls, running backs fumble, etc...

last year it was henning's fault, lack of running game, o line's fault. this year bess and marshall are the problem.

I think the defender got there at the last moment and batted it down.

^^^^According to the Jimmy Cefalo, Joe Rose, and Bob Griese it bounced off his chest after going through his hands.

Look I'm not saying he is perfect but he isn't getting any help. His INTs are really nothing condering two were the last plays of the game when he had to try something. The other time his arm was hit. It's obvious his game has stepped up this year while others continue to play half arsed when we need them to step up.  It doesn't all fall on the freaking QB.

What can we really do? We scream, yell, or maybe even toss a tv. But to no avail. Inept leadership leads to inept play on the field. Its just truly sickening to be trapped on the runaway train, known as The Dolphin Express.

In the NFL it seems like 80 % of the games are decided in the 4th quarter, which has been the Dolphins demise. We were playing well against Houston early in the 4th, we had momentum, then Thomas fumbled, then we played like crap.  Yesterday, the Browns couldn't move the ball untill they needed the touchdown to stay alive, which they did, and then the Dolphins got the ball back but couldn't get one friging first down to get into field goal postion.
