Former Miami Hurricane Jacory "Stringbean" Harris was invited to the rookie minicamp on a tryout basis.  I say with four QB's already in camp, he's just someone to throw the ball during drills and is not going to get a UFA contract.

Fuller can play, decent WR. I was surprised he wasn't picked.
